How do i put the case on / off ?
Our cases click on your phone without having to slide multiple pieces together. The easiest way to put your case around your iPhone is to click the long side of the case in first.
Taking it off is easiest by gently pulling one of the top sides off first.
How to keep my case clean and pretty?
Cases can become dirty after a while just like any type of normal fashion like trousers or shirts.
All of our grey and white cases can be washed in the dishwasher. Easy does it!
Our other cases use a special dye and we recommend rinsing it with some soap and water carefully to keep the color bright as long as possible.
How to keep my phone clean and pretty?
We recommend cleaning your phone with water and a soft cloth or a microfiber if supplied with your phone. For more resilient stains we have had good success by using a bit of rubbing alcohol 96% and rub it on the dirty areas with a soft cloth.

How flexible is the case material?
The cases are made out of robust nylon. This makes the case strong, but also slightly bendable and flexible, helping to absorb shocks. They are not made of rubber, so that they slide in and out of your pocket easily. Check out the film to get a better idea!
Name Melt
Why is it called Name Melt?
Your name becomes an actual part of the case structure and not just an engraving or artwork. Your name is “melted” into the case structure.
Can text also be applied to other regions of my case?
At this time, Name Melt can be applied to the side of your case only.
For Blackberry Bold, we will use the top side of the case unless you indicate you want your text on the side. The reason is that we want to make sure that your text looks nice and stylish, and does not affect the case strength.
How many letters can i use?
Type in any name or text, of up to 10 characters.
For which cases is Name Melt available?
Name Melt is now available for iPhone 4(S), iPod Touch, Blackberry, and Samsung Galaxy cases.
